About Cucumoji

Cucumoji helps you find and copy symbols, emoji combinations and text decorations. Browse by topic, tap an item to copy it, then paste it into your own message.

How we select content

Our earlier catalogue used semantic similarity to assemble large collections from a symbol library. Similarity sometimes connected items that did not belong together. The current catalogue is smaller: each featured topic has an explicit selection of items, a description of what it contains and a practical usage note.

AI helps review relevance, write explanations and create some small text drawings. The featured selections also receive an item-by-item content review with AI assistance, rather than automatically publishing every similar result. This is not a claim that every symbol was drawn by a human editor or created by Cucumoji.

We favour recognisable, relevant designs and remove excessive repetition from the featured selection. We preserve useful differences between text symbols, coloured emoji and decorative combinations. Earlier collections awaiting review remain in a separate archive. Explicitly retired topics show a removal notice; equivalent collections may redirect.

Copying and feedback

Copy events help us understand which items visitors use. A copy is not a vote that an item is correct, and copying does not automatically add an item to a collection. We do not currently operate a public voting system.

Your recently copied items are available in emoji history, stored in your browser. You can clear that history on the history page.

What to expect when pasting

Emoji artwork varies by device and app. Decorative characters may be unavailable in some fonts. Text drawings depend on spaces and line breaks, so check the result in the app where you plan to use it. Decorative letters and symbols can also be harder for assistive technology to read; use ordinary words when clarity matters.

No special status or affiliation

Copied symbols do not grant account verification, official status or affiliation with a platform. A collection title describes a topic, not an endorsement.
